Yesterday Anthony and I were heading over to our friend Kathy's house for her birthday celebration. Kathy and I actually share the same birthday. I thought it would be fun to make her some bright blue spring cupcakes for a birthday treat. On our way out the door to the garage we had a back door tragedy. As we opened it and started to step out it closed quickly on my arm and WHAM! the cupcake carrier went crashing into the wall. Cupcakes went flying every where inside the container. Naturally I was too distraught to deal with the carnage. Anthony managed to salvage five of the original twelve and that was all that made it over to her house last night. Oh, the blues of smashed cupcakes!
