My second Hot Air Balloon Template I have titled "Love." I wanted this balloon to be a bit romantic in nature and design. I did not want to use the traditional Valentines colors but I think I captured an old world feel instead. I have not used the woman's head in quite some time. She is from PSX. The hearts and word love are from Stampin' Up!
