I attended the St. Alphonsus Festival of Trees Fashion Show and Luncheon on Monday, November 26th at the Boise Centre. This holiday season was the 29th year for the Festival of Trees. In the past we have visited with the kids and other family members. On Monday I attended with a group of co-workers as our table was sponsored by Rehabilitation Management Associates. They served a luncheon menu with a Chopped Romaine Salad and Basil Vinaigrette, Grilled Chicken with Red Pepper and Artichoke Ragout, Whipped Butternut Squash and Roasted Vegetables. Dessert featured a Sweet Pumpkin Cheesecake with Cranberry Compote. I did not have a chance to see all the trees and wreaths this year but enjoyed the festivities and the nice start to the work week.
