Creating with Gorjuss The Fox

This afternoon I took a break from other redundant crafting activities (I hate extensive repetition of any creative endeavor) to play with a new set of stamps I picked up about 4 months ago.  This set of stamps is from Santoro-London, is part of the Gorjuss collection and is titled The Fox.  I usually like to change things up but I loved the woodland feel of the suggested colors of the image with the mix of browns and greens so I followed their lead and used the same color pallet in the card I created above.  I used my Copic markers to color the images and then added a little depth with double sided mounting tape and finished the card off with Floral Embellishments by Petaloo.  I also added some distressing to the card to give it a softer feel all around.

I loved this wistful set of stamps so much I ordered three additional sets from the Gorjuss collection.  Soon I will have The Dreamer, The Hatter and The Owl to play with too. It was really hard for me to decide on which additional sets to purchase as I honestly like all of them but I think the animals were really calling my name and The Hatter reminds me of Alice in Wonderland.

I know that they also sell paper collections, embellishments (like brads, bows and buttons) and a everything else under the sun with their collection images from home decor to fashions.  I am definitely a fan of their art work.
