My best friend Joy was planning a little surprise graduation party for her daughters boyfriend (fiancee) tonight. I offered to make some purple cupcakes (the cake batter is purple) and I was looking for something simple to put on the top of them. Nabisco makes some really cute 100 calorie cookies and I thought these Fudge Petites would dress them up just a bit. Zurchers was closed today so I had to improvise. I also made some paper frames in his school colors and got a few candid pictures from April. They have a cupcake stand to place the cupcakes in on the table so I think the whole display will be really nice along with the gifts they have for him.
