My third Hot Air Balloon Tempting Template turned to the dark side. Halloween inspired cards and crafts are always the rage for me any time of year. You know it is only 10 months until Halloween is here again. I can almost guarantee you that there will be another Halloween inspired Hot Air Balloon now that my Halloween stamps are back out on my crafting table again. I just can't help myself. This card is all about spiders and webs. I used my new Cricut cartridge "Mini Monsters" to cut out the patterned paper webs. I think they add just enough dimension to the balloon to make it pop.
