I really enjoy getting my hands on clearance embellishments, stamps and papers. I recently purchased flair, decorative tags, felt flowers and patterned photo frames from Fancy Pants Designs. I have never created with the small metal flair buttons before and I used them as my inspiration for these cards. One aspect of these cards is I like the fact that they are minimally stamped. I actually wanted the embellishments to be the focus vs. the stamped images. The stamp set I used is called Up and Away from My Minds Eye. I have heard in the past that rubber stamps are just too expensive. The set below cost me a mere $4.00 on sale. With the price of store bought cards you almost can't afford not to make your own handmade cards.
